A week at the Ranch

Our friend Don, director of a Christian Dude Ranch called Wind River Ranch, invited us to be guests at the Ranch for a week. It was an unexpected invitation but we had the BEST time! Byron was in and out because he had work obligations but Mackenzie and I were there the whole week. There was an endless amount of things to do including horseback riding, swimming, Bible Study, Kid's Club for Mackenzie, square dance, kid's rodeo, Wind River Olympics, Carnival, and lots of great food! We met some amazing people, got to hang out with some great friends and got to enjoy God's beautiful creation!

A Surprise Visit

For Byron's 30th birthday the end of May, his brother Jason and I planned a surprise visit from Jason for a few days. I picked up Jason at the airport and then we met Byron for lunch. He had no idea Jason was coming and it turned out to be a great surprise. The guys went fishing in Granby for a couple of days and then spent a day with Mackenzie and I. We hiked up to Dream Lake and got some good pictures there! It was a fun weekend all around.
