Well, nothing like a little spring snowstorm in the Rockies. I am so ready for summer and then this had to happen...
This was this morning after the snow had stopped. It's hard to tell how much we actually got because a lot of it melted before it really started to accumulate. It's a very heavy, wet and sloppy snow.
Mackenzie and I decided to head out this morning. We were out there for about 2 hours. The temperature was hovering around freezing but when the sun came out it really wasn't too bad at all.
She didn't want to sit in the snow at first but it didn't take long until she was right in the middle of it!

Making snow castles. I would have much preferred making sand castles but I guess you take what you can get.
